At 4th Generation Home Inspections, our home inspection reports are detailed, complete, and clear with photos of everything we encounter during the inspection. We can give you a walk through at the end of the inspection to show you the problems we found during the home inspection.
We use a modern, cloud-based inspection platform that streamlines communication, payments and coordination with all interested parties such as clients, agents, and selling agents. With 4th Generation Home Inspections, you will receive an online version of your report within 24 hours of the completion of your home inspection for disclosures or sharing.

Certified Home Inspectors
At 4th Generation Home Inspections, all of our home inspectors are nationally certified by either InterNACHI or ASHI. Additionally, most of our inspectors have a background in other trades that bring a unique expertise into the analysis of your home’s complete condition. We inspect the home as if we were buying it for ourselves, looking at every detail and providing context to the interested party about whether it should be a major concern or not.

George Williams, IV
George is the Founder and Owner of 4th Generation Home Inspections. George started his first business in 2011 as an Master Mechanic, but found that real estate was a passion of his. He became a home inspector after selling his Auto Mechanic business. George has since propelled 4GI into one of the best family owned and operated home inspection companies in the Carolinas. George has an extensive resume which includes, but is not limited to, being a Certified Inspector, State certified home inspector in North Carolina and South Carolina, State licensed home inspector in North Carolina and South Carolina, Certified Professional Inspector, InterNACHI Member and Certified NACA Preferred Home Inspector. He is often used as an expert witness in the State of North Carolina in multiple municipalities. Throughout his career he has performed over 1,000 inspections personally and has personally trained all of the inspectors on his team. Regardless of who is assigned to your inspection, you can rest assured you will be treated with the same level of customer satisfaction and knowledge that George provides with his expertise. His experience in state of the art housing technologies, building materials, indoor air quality, commercial buildings and other specialty inspections are just a fraction of what makes him the best in his field.
