We start at the roof system and evaluate not only the roof surface and flashings, but also the condition of the chimney, gutters, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stacks, and any other systems or components located on the roof.

Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home or building. We use a macro and micro approach to look at the big picture, and all the details including gutters, downspouts, porches, decks, exterior flashings, sealants, drainage and site grading.

We then move inside the building, and work our way up into the attic and finally the crawl space if applicable. While inside, we address such things as the structural integrity, the heating, and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and accessories such as kitchen appliances and fireplaces.

Our evaluation is then communicated through a detailed illustrated inspection report, which includes photos and descriptions of all the systems in the building, as well as any recommended improvements. This will help you prioritize the improvements and develop a blueprint for your future in your new home or commercial building.
